Feedback Form & Report
  • Create a feedback form (Can refer to typical UiTM feedback form)
  • Supply the link during session
  • Come up with report such as some charts based on the feedback.

b.

Background Image
  • Create a background image during the talk session.
  • Can be png format.

c.

Web Poster
  • A web page that announce about the program.
  • Must have: Speaker name, Title of Webinar, Date, Time, URL of the event.

d.

Attendance & Report
  • Create an attendance form consisting of Matric Number, Name, email, group. (Please also consider non students.
  • Provide the link during session.
  • Write up a report on the attendance.

e.

General Report
  • Write a general report of the event. 
  • Describe the content of the sharing session.
  • Can summarize the content. 1 and a half pages minimum.

f.

Opening
  • Create a script for opening the session
  • Must include biodata description of the speaker.

g.

Appreciation Cert
  • Create appreciation certificate for attendee.
  • Create appreciation certificate for speaker.

h.

Closing
  • Prepare scripts for closing.
  • Prepare at least 5 questions to as speaker.
  • Entertain questions from audience.
  • Take note on questions and response from speaker. All these must be written down.

i.

Poster
  • Create poster for the event. Poster can be JPEG or PNG format.
  • Poster must have Speaker name, Title, date, time, URL of the event.
